Nate Fegan - offers body/mind fitness programs that are simple and non-mystical alternatives to traditional practices such as Yoga, Pilates, Tai chi, and Martial Arts. His background includes both formal and informal explorations of Chinese martial arts, yogic stretching, chi-style walking/running, Zen meditation/philosophy, physio-kinetics, learning theory, psychology, and sociology. Nate’s greatest wish is for his students to discover a lifetime of greatness. Yolanda Navarra Fleming - a certified massage therapist since 1996, has combined music, singing, dancing and writing as artistic forms of healing. At 5, she began classical dance training at the Garden State Ballet until she found belly dancing at age 16. She has also composed and recorded original music, and still performs in a variety of settings. Cornelia Mazzan has enjoyed practicing yoga for many years and has also loved working with children – first as a big sister, then as an art teacher, a preschool teacher, and a mom. She recently completed her kids yoga training at Karma Kids Yoga in New York City. She looks forward to playing yoga soon with your child! Michelle Roth is a certified Kripalu yoga and Prenatal yoga teacher. She brings a compassionate inspired perspective to her classes. Susan Tudor began practicing Kripalu yoga in 1987.
